OAK CAPITAL LOAN PROCESS - Step by step
Step 1: Have a loan scenario
Call 07 5574 2789 to discuss your scenario or email us at loans@oakcapital.com.au. One of our decision makers will contact you within hours and provide you with a quote and no fuss response.
Step 2: Pricing
An Oak Capital team member will provide a loan cost estimate upon request. You can be assured that with Oak Capital the pricing you get will be honored unless the scenario changes.
Step 3: Apply
Complete an Oak Capital application form and provide the information we need to quickly process your loan.
Step 4: Assessment
Now that Oak Capital has a fully completed application, your loan will be assessed by our experienced team. We will generally approve loans within 24 hours subject to valuation.
Step 5: Letter of Offer issued
Now we're in business! Oak Capital's Lending Committee has assessed the loan application and a formal Letter of Offer is issued. Upon receipt of the signed letter of offer Oak Capital will instruct its panel lawyers to prepare mortgage documentation and move toward settlement
Step 6: Mortgage Documents Issued
Our specialist lawyers will prepare and issue full mortgage documentation to the client and their legal representative. Once mortgage documents have been executed and returned and any outstanding conditions have been satisfied our Lawyers will confirm that they are ready to settle.
Step 7: It's Time! Settlement
Oak Capital will book settlement for the next available time with all interested parties. The loan process is then complete and the client has the money available to use as requested.
